AMICOM Consulting & Strategy provided crisis communication services for the Spanish company THR.
Since 1985, the Spanish company THR has coordinated over 1,100 projects in more than 70 countries and remained a global tourism reference company. THR helps customers realize their vision, always taking into account business targets. THR, who is specialized in tourist branding, won the auction of EUR 900,000 for the Romanian national tourist brand.
Shortly after the auction, AMICOM Consulting & Strategy managed to diminish a communication crisis for the Ministry of Tourism, THR and its partners. After a month of communication, Romanian and international media began to speak positively about THR’s auction and activity for Romanian tourism. The main strategy established by AMICOM was the use of proactive crisis communication, to keep track of events, and to manage reputational damage.
